Has your computer become sluggish?.... It is normal for your computer to become sluggish over time. Within one year your computer can accumulate hundreds of temporary files generated by Windows. These unused files become one of the causes of the sluggishness. It is recommended that your system is rebuilt at least once a year. This does apply to MAC as well.
